At RapidModz.com we use only the latest available technology for all our products. All of our Xbox controllers use the latest 2011 edition CG2 version controllers as their base. This is the latest release of the Xbox 360 wireless controller from Microsoft®. You can confirm that your controller is a CG2 by looking at the main board underneath the battery pack. Just remove the battery pack and look on the bottom left. You should see a vertical capacitor labeled "C15". If the capacitor is horizontal this indicates your controller is NOT the CG2 version that Microsoft recently released.
