At RapidModz we want to bring the highest quality products to the consumer, and at the same time make you aware of our company policy in order to avoid any misunderstanding to insure 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Below is a list of issues we decided to address.
Warranty
All controllers come standard with a 60 day warranty (this doesn’t include the replacement of thumb sticks). The extended warranty is for 12 months. Please keep in mind that the extended warranty only covers the modifications. It doesn’t cover the wear and tear on the controllers. However, if something was to go wrong we will be more than happy to repair it for you (for an additional charge).
No warranty can be added to an order once the product has been tracked as a delivered package.
Please note that all controllers come with a void if broken seal on the back of our controllers. If for any reason this seal is broken or the controller has been tampered with your warranty is no longer valid.Repairs
If you wish to send an item back for repair you MUST have a return authorization number. Any items returned WITHOUT a return authorization number will be shipped back immediately. The return/ repair form is REQUIRED and can be found by clicking the link http://www.rapidmodz.com/rmreturnform.pdf. Once you send an item in for repairs it will be tested and we will contact you if a payment is needed.
If for some reason you receive a defective item please contact us IMMEDIATELY.Returns
To return an item you will need to contact our customer service department for a return authorization number. Any items returned WITHOUT a return authorization number will be shipped back immediately.
We have a 7 day money back guaranteed policy on ALL QUALIFIED controllers. The controller will have to be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. There will be a 20% restocking fee plus shipping cost on all refunded purchases.
The following items are NON REFUNDABLE:
RapidModz is NOT liable for any controllers sent to our facility and unclaimed for more than 45 days. After 45 days your controller will be disposed with NO REFUND or REPLACEMENT!
- Any controller with exclusive add-ons (any modz besides rapidfire)
- Shells for controllers
- Rapid fire chips
- Custom designed controller. This will include any designs with logos, names and characters.
Insurance on Packages
All customers have the option of adding insurance and or signature required for an additional cost. If you choose not to purchase the additional services RapidModz is not responsible for any lost packages or damaged packages.
